get to know the otcmarkets better before you post again

Pfft... OTC Markets isn't a regulatory agency. A company that is dark reporting can put whatever they want to on OTC Markets. This company already tried to do that by copying a 7 year old SEC document from another company and then tried to pass it off as their own. So, OTC Markets doesn't care about regulation, all they care about is their money.
