Maybe this is what steve was talking about when he said the name Punch wasn't as much of an asset as he thought originally. So possibly this is a merger where our punch assets will be newly housed? Since once JC is gone we will have to have a new home in which the assets will need someone to operate them. With us keeping all of our affiliates.
I will say this though another name change...Is kind of a joke, IMO.

I love to see how the story spins into new developments. I do want the truth.
