BEAC interesting when the business part of that company was sold last year and the shell was kept so they wouldn't have to tell all the employees they need to go to the soup line...but keep a job but with mdt...the same ones that bought them are the same ones that are merging with them...optos acquired the subs of that company now want to come back home...laidlaw was working with beac in the past to try to get the 4 million refinanced dept but couldn't so beac sold the business portion to mdt...now laidlaw is putting together this merger meanwhile it looks like the ceo has remained the same...so it seems like it should all come together nicely
