Since we don't know the revenues, expenses, net earnings, etc. and of course how much management is being paid, I will assume management is being paid adequately or they wouldn't be working for the company.
If "rewarding management" means paying a dividend, that isn't going to happen at this stage of the companys existence. Management (or some of management) just might (and likely is) being paid bonus', but dividends won't happen until the company as an entity becomes "stable", earnings are stable and sizable and available funds aren't needed for growth. That is likely way down the road.
But all this is a shot in the dark because we don't know what the "numbers" really are. And we won't until the company begins reporting. In the meantime, we just have to hope others like us and/or more investment companies learn of UGSI and develop the same (we hope accurate) assumptions many of us have formed, and plow money into the stock and help it finally rise.
