Interesting. You left out this part...

The plaintiffs have proved their case with respect to the breach of contract and fraud claims but have failed to prove the unjust enrichment claim. The defendants have failed to prove their counterclaim. The court dismisses the unjust enrichment claim and the counterclaim. A separate judgment will be entered in accordance with this opinion.
