If building a business in a tough environment against 800 pound gorillas was easy we'd all be doing it. Fact is, it's a tough business in an environment where most people believe the product should be free.

Another hidden competition is for continuing service dollars that generate revenue streams. It seems like a new must have technology is popping up daily that requires a new monthly payment to be paid, competing for our restrained limited dollars and there is only so much that the avg household can absorb. We freely spend for our cable TV, cell phones and bundle up the internet with the whole package but then there are multiple phones, don't forget the utility bills etc etc etc. How about home security systems, and you name it everyone wants to get into our pockets these days. That's why adjustments are being made to business models to have services like medical records being incorporated into employee benefit plans and becoming royalty based in order to attract the masses. Business models change and morph and RHL is adjusting to these changes depending on the products. Licensing fees are becoming more important as technology becomes more prolific using them. All in all, I'd say it takes a determined business leader to adjust to these changing environments and not quit, like so many of the majors have.

Bottomline, no one said it was going to be easy or happen overnight but patience and determination will win the day.

Just when I learned all of life's answers - they changed
all the questions.
