I NO BELIVE IN THIS STORY 500 MILIONS A/S 4ON4OFF!!!


The FINRA-approved actions regarding the company's capitalization structure involved a 1 for 200 reverse split with respect to the issued shares, and a reduction in the authorized shares from 7.5 billion to 500 million.


This reduction is not a reverse split, but a separate action which puts the number of authorized shares at a more prudent level. We hope this clarifies the situation.
