YES, you can buy after pick is released & most of the time you can profit by holding about 2 weeks (1-4 weeks; 2 weeks avg). Just look for yourself at recent past picks with the stock charts, & check with these #s below.
GOFF, APS rec'd on March 18 & went up for over 2 weeks for 150% peak before falling
It recommended SWVI on January 23, 2013, & by February 20, it rose as much as 233%
It recommended FARE on December 17, & by January 7, it rose as much as 375%
It recommended TAGG in late September, & by end of October 2012, it rose as much as 300-585%.
These are fair numbers I estimated using exact dates of recommendations(I checked back at my e-mails from APS). But regardless of exact #s, the point is that they all went up 150% or much more after they released them to public. Just remember not to get too greedy & make sure you sell after 2 weeks (approx) or upon first sign of big resistance after a run for a week or 2 after they rec the pick.
