It could be anything. I'm thinking that we could possibly be getting shares of the other company in exchange for what we have now, while the directors keep 4% of the stock, what they own already. But the 11 billion theory is just way out there. It said 96% of the outstanding shares, which would be 96% of the 300 M outstanding.

If we all actually believed every single word we said, wouldn't we all be millionaires by now?
