my rough valuation, correct me if im completely off. would like other opinions as well. With just 4 million in earnings (from just the merging company) and 3.15 OS equals to about .012/share and with a mere P/E ratio of 6 equals out to roughly .075/share without any growth forecasting, dividends, and other revenue generating models. How far off am I?
