promo company owed may have been a price problem...

The preferred shares with a letter owned by CEO are

probably a company control item, more or less...

The other preferred shares with a letter most likely

will have to be used in accounting for acquisitions...

Thursday price action looked suspicious like a buy share

block and dump share block at lower price could have happened...
{noticeable enough for a print to be shone after hours,not t-trade}

Old promo group needs a default from company on balance

owed if they could have some trading checked and could

find them at fault for working price lower...
