Here is food for thought: If there are currently any suitors for the company, why wouldn't they be buying up as many shares as they can on the open market before making an offer for the balance of shares?
Volume has spike of late and to buy a million shares now costs $100,000! Over $200,000 has been spent today only to buy VPLM stock. No one is selling.
