Biggest issue people have is they get in hoping for a quick buck and never sit on what they have. Mostly greedy people and when they see a panic they follow. The best advice i give people is to buy low and always sell high. If you panic and sell for a loss you my friend need to stop investing. There is time to sell for a loss but not after one bad day. It will get back to the level it was. It takes patience.
