I spoke to my rep for the company on this and it was a B&B that he sold to new owners that was being owner financed business was still in his name and the charge was suspended etc. but because he a major stock holder he did the right thing and let it be know he could of not actually included it in the SEC fillings but he did to be totally honest to shareholders. He also runs marketing for the company he as an internet guru as explained to me and had owned an advertising agency so he really understand the promotional side of the brand and Jaynes is a lawyer and has the legal skill also the man you speak of is not an officer or the company so its a mute point get your facts straight. You don't like the brand nor do you get that a beverage company in its first year or second year that is building both domestically and internationally is going to loose fortune if there doing it right, you got to spend to build the brand and do massive event promotions and sampling its Beverage 101 the key to do this is having investors who also believe and get the vision of the brand and category pouring money in behind the brand to create the growth. Your totally lost even looking at the numbers now as I expect them not to show a profit for a few years. Remember we are less than a year into this that Hangover Joe's only launched last year with the brand and have yet to be public a year. They went public last July 25th so this is a huge achievement what this company has done in an emerging category is actually unreal to get into over 30K stores and knock down the DSD system and have it in major retailers, this just don't happen that quick in the beverage world this is a very hot category and brand.
