I see but lawsuits can go both ways. Some of the defendants has been defaulted against. The other defendants filed counter suits. Some of the plaintiff seems to be in defaults as well
seems like there is trial at the beginning of the year. Please post links to sites for your research. Seems to be crazy - claims, counter claims, several defaults etc - several parties are involved? never seen a case like this one.
