''Guys, keep in mind this is as legit as it gets in Merger world....This is not a PUMP with PR's from the company saying a merger lol prior to any SEC filing like most scams in pinks...The fact there was NO pr to pump the stock that a merger deal was coming...and ONLY filings came out that are goverened by the SEC..just adds legitimacy. Additionally, most pink scams put out merger prs...and you see a followed up with tons of dumping and dilution...obviously that has not been the case here in BEAC.
