If SKTO's New CEO decides to do a RS that will tell everyone he is a piece of crap and the company is a piece of crap that don't give a shit about their share holders. Without their share holders funding go try to get funds elsewhere.... no financial institution will fund them......period......that's why they are here looking for suckers......!!!!!!!
If the new CEO chooses a RS I would recommend not to invest 1 cent into this company ever, let them collect cans on the side of the road to fulfill their fantasy or........let them go to a bank ( whom will deney them ) instead of an ipo.......THE MOST INPORANT THING ANY BOTTOM FEEDER COMPANY SHOULD RESPECT IS THEIR SHARE HOLDERS IF NOT PISS ON THEM...........!!!!!
