Actually, truth of the matter and legally speaking, the SEC would be more liable (for damages) if they don't issue a NA letter, and JR moves KMAG into another shell.
In the event of moving KMAG shares into a shell that posts audited fins, proof will then be shown that KMAG is not the scam that so many hope it is, and after such proof is made, the SEC will then be in an even hotter seat.
Since I know there are a good many KMAG investors who don't post here, rest assured that 99.99% odds are the audited fins are done. Strategically speaking, it would be a total waste to post them while trading as a greysheet, though.
Also rest assured that a line in the sand has been drawn and that KMAG will not wait on the SEC forever. That 'line' is fast approaching.
There are many viable shells out there and JR has already proven that he knows how to move a company into one.
Will it be cheaper than simply returning to pinksheets?
Of course not.
Will it cause dilution to current s/h's?
Absolutely not, and don't believe anyone who says otherwise!
The reason why is because KMAG is a cash-flow positive profitable company and will be able to afford to purchase a shell from company profits without the need to sell new shares.
Yes, 2013 will record less net profits than 2014 because of the acquisition costs of a shell, but so what? KMAG will rise above it with the royalty profits it's making from Fortune 50 companies. Maybe even rise above it in the first couple months (if not weeks) of a good contract.
And, don't be swayed or fooled by the bears. KMAG has been in business since 1996(?) and only came under such abominable scrutinous attack since the suspension. A suspension which was clearly caused by one dastardly and publicly humiliated MMG, with minions to continue the obvious daily dirty work.
KMAG is the very essence of the beaten-down hidden gem, if I ever saw one! Make no mistake, and mark my words!
Selling now WILL only make me (I continue to accum.) and a select savvy few others even more profitable than we already expect.
The daily white noise means absolutely nothing.
