I don't care if they are lying, so why contact anybody. I'm just doing my DD and the FDA has no history of any FDA products owned by FRTD or anybody associated with the company. I really don't understand the whole threatening SEC angle. IMO, the SEC has bigger fish to fry than paying people to go after pink fish.

I read the news on January 29th. Haven't read anymore because there hasn't been any.
