What you stated is not true for SAGDs convertibles. Now, what you said may be true for some other stocks you've traded, but that is not the case here. There is no unending amount of shares for Asher. As we read the section in the Latest SAGD 10Q Filling pertaining to the loans we notice there are specific arrangements. This tells us how many shares are converted if SAGD is unable to fulfill the cash payments. SAGD places a high value on it's stock. And that becomes even more obvious as we read the terms of the loan. All companies need capital in order to make progress in a business plan. Most companies do seek financing of some type. And within this business model, SAGD is keeping loans to minimum by doing as much of the work themselves as possible.
