Today's seems neutral on MFTH part but the second device seems to have nothing to do with MFTH. To me now see some light since on that filing they moved to a different device since MFTH ran out of cash flow. To me they need to make some money and basically passed on the MFTH stuff since they have nothing to support. Also those SAFC shares probably under some agreement they had to be able to meet deadlines but haven't been able to receive the shares reason why nothing about DIV. MFTH screwed up which brought SAFC down this is my theory but hopefully SAFC reports this soon.
