I would think this would have tanked quickly once it got above $1.75 as it may give some institutional traders a chance to cut their losses at $1.75 vs $.90.

If it stays up EOD tomorrow, then there is some news out there that caused the interest.

As far as all the lawsuits, I feel bad for the families, but I bet Affy has some massive insurance policies to cover those claims, espcially when selling pharma products.
