Hey all! i've been away for a while and need to know: why is this stock climbing? are we going to get equity share in the new company? or is this a run by MM's then it will crash? do we cash out now or stay long? i am a legacy holder pre-BK. so even though they are at a nice price now, still at a loss.

I know it's not kosher to offer advice, but please help?!
