Gee, this is such an emotional roller coaster. I mentioned on FB that I would have Jacki off of the Pred she is taking by Sunday.
2 people who I know, said don't do it. Pred fools the body to not let it know something is wrong, plus Cancer does not like Pred.
This one Gal tole me her 5 yr old dog was just diagnosed with Cancer, and the Vet said the Pred could extend it's life by 6-12 months, and in a pain free way. Pred will also cause the urine to really stink at times also... Pred also controls fevers. I did not know that..
So I guess we will stay on the Pred. These 2 people I have been chatting with are show people and Breeders, so they have much more knowledge that I do...
Here I am almost writing Jacki Obit, and now there seems to be a Glimmer of hope.... not for a cure, just more time....
