I haven't submitted a SEC complaint on hesg. I find it too pathetic to waste my time filing one. Although one ridiculous SEC complaint was SUPPOSEDLY filed against the hesg TRANSFER AGENT for their numbers differing from several online broker's hesg numbers...Honestly THAT WAS THE DUMBEST THING I HAVE EVER HEARD.
