That legal comment isn't quite correct. If Treaty is in possession of stolen equipment, no matter how they received it, it belongs to the person that has the legal title. Sometimes there are just alot of hoops to jump through to get it back. I guess the bankruptcy judge will soon let Max know if he gets his rig back or not. One thing for sure is that it looks like he will get his day in court soon to prove whether the rig is his or not.

As to asking an online service about what to do in a specific situation, that happens all of the time. If I had a $1,000,000 rig stolen I would be looking for help anywhere I could get it. SmackDown
