Why would you think that (lol)? What indication has he given you that would suggest he can successfully run a company? He took over under the broken wing of Stoll, and broke the other wing, forcing Cortex to crash recklessly to the ground. Like this fallen bird, your assumption doesn't fly. You can say that all you want, but it doesn't mean sh*t: It's just another logical fallacy you contrived.

Varney failed to demonstrate any reliable ability to communicate and negotiate. From his botched time frame on the only significant deal he hatched (which was a rotten egg from the get-go), to his nearly silent and suspicious operation over the last couple years, his only 'sweet deal' was a self-serving one: when he gave himself a bonus after the Biovail botch job and reinstated his full salary.

Sloppy, scant, sullen -- that was the mark Varney left. Ha!
