Your absolutely correct but VRNG must have the USPTO decision in hand now. It just seems to me that they will do a better job to salvage one little claim on appeal. If they cannot then maybe Google was right on that particular patent. Makes you wonder why Google waited so long on the '622 patent. They must of had a tougher time constructing their argument. That must be the weaker case.
