FBCD is a company with an even worse history than DGRI, if you can believe it.

Lots of discussion about FBCD's history and fake press releases and acquisitions through the last couple of years on both the FBCD board and the DD board. Here is some posts of interest for those that want to catch up.

And don't forget that at some point in 2011, one of the insiders was upset with FBCD enough to commit a federal crime and change the name of the company in EDGAR to "FRAUD - SCAMMER".
