PR from LEX& today. "The company and its attorneys are expeditiously completing all due dilligence with the expectation of closing by corporate year end June 30, 2013. Details of all of the transactions announced in previous weeks will be disclosed in 8k filings upon completion"

Thanks for the update WL. Oh. Sorry, the last official PR from the mmte "CEO" was July 25 last year. At least COO Samir Ashrup has kept us in the loop. Oh. Sorry, he doesn't exist as far as I can tell. LOL.
