Only my 5% divvy shares are identified as SREH shares...

My other shares have not been identified as to ownership...

Considering this is a Holding Company...

Those not yet identified shares could folded back into SREH after the R/S...

Or they could be identified as going somewhere else...

If 5% is all we are dealing with share wise here...

You might be looking at a A/S of 250 Million for SREH
