Hot, I think that is what it is to. The only agreements we have public knowledge of are:

2/20/13:

Bourque Industries is pleased to announce our first Broker Agreement with Bourque Industries West, LLC

So "first" would imply none before 2/20/13 and we have not heard of any since. I also believe a Broker Agreement is different then a CNT Agreement.

The other is the heat sync contract also referenced in the 4/12/13 press release:

JBT Contract

On January 31, 2012, Shenzhen JBT Electronics Company of Guangdong China announced a non-binding letter of intent with Bourque Industries. On February 4, 2013, Bourque Industries announced its first purchase order with Shenzhen JBT Electronics Company of Guangdong.

On April 4, 2013, the Board of Directors determined it was in the best interests of Bourque to terminate the letter of intent with JBT Electronics Company, and the Company has done so.

So we have at least three publically know agreements/contracts referenced:

CNT Agreement
BIW Broker Agreement
JBT Contract (Cancelled on 4/3/13)

Rather then speculate I will wait to hear from BORK to determine exaclty what the CNT Agreement is. As we have seen speculation often leads to false conclusions.
