Is it possible that SMA saw that company was moving forward (note the company PR releases a couple days before and the morning of the SMA pick release) and ran with the promo without company knowledge? SMA released the pick on a Friday afternoon and the promo budget was supposedly paid by some company in China. Both strange facts.

Also, an 8K was filed in March for the resignation of William Lieberman. I haven't looked much into him but from what I did see, he doesn't have a great reputation. Lieberman / SMA connection anywhere??? Total conspiracy thinking but may he he was pissed that he got booted....
