I totally agree with your assessment that Mr. Dab implied that technology and contracts was thrawted for whatever reasons. But, according to his own admission, the healthcare industry is slow to response to change. In his latest annual report, the industry will be penalized in 2013 for not adopting measures to save more. This will benefit all providers and mobil apps will be part of the solutions. The increase in R&D spending will be well worth it. JMO
