With a 43-101 cert in there back pockets before years end ZNBR will be looked upon by investors in a whole different way. A 43-101 cert. would open the window for conventional financing for their operations and big corporate investors and funds would consider investing in a S-1 offering knowing there are proven reserves in the ground.
