This was a botched pump imo...... and 25 million shares will come into play when its promo'd no doubt. Look at all the P and D's there is a decent spike. This one has been kept low purposely for some time now. Not to mention there was some very strange activity the past few days like out of no where 30-50 million share asks that pop up and go away just as fast. Sneaky Sneaky they are......
