The PPS has stayed in the same place for a little while. How can shares be considered cheap when they are within 5-8 ticks of where the PPS has been for weeks now? MDIN hasn't and will not pass .003 without news, just like the chill will not and can not come off until the shares are accounted for. I see these posts and just want to know how some are coming to these conclusions?
