You have to order from a subaccount or another account. Normally you have "first in first out" for your shares, so yes you will lose the right to receive the divi.

This flipping can only help you to reduce your lost from initial order.

If Infrax pays for a acquisition common stock shares, I would call this dilution at a price of 0.01$.
