Don't expect back order issues to be resolved right away.

This will not be easy to rectify with growing sales especially overseas.

They are in the process of hiring a person who should straighten this distribution problem out, but not right away.

With him on board, they should get a much better grip on things.

But they still have a runaway demand for their products that will be very hard to catch up with.
