Groovy...I will add one more thing here. And, granted, my logic may be twisted. But, my premise has been that NV went public far too early than would be the case for a start-up company of years past. They did this because of the climate, or frenzy (if you will) of that time period. Under the "old rules" NV probably would still not be a public company till this new funding package was in place. So, the 3+ years I am holding are meaningless to me (as these are all development years), the company has made good progress in reaching this point (the brink of profitability) and for an individual to buy shares now, to me, is the equivalent of getting in on an IPO of ten years ago. These are just my thoughts. Be well all.
