I stand by what I said. At the time I said it the only negotiation that ever materialized into a partner was SNP. After that, management has told us several times that they were in some sort of negotiations...that never materialized. So don't act like I was mistaken.

While this seems like it may be more credible...a deal has still not materialized. Maybe it will.

And maybe you missed my post saying congratulations to longs that this LOI has materialized. Hopefully it will turn into some sort of deal. Even a bad deal would be better than no deal. I'm sure you will take that as a negative slant...but you know I am right. I have to go with midtier here that ERHC probably is not in a position of strength in this negotiation. I'm sure that this other party didn't just fall off the turnip truck so if we know ERHC's situation...they know it too.

I was out since my last post and I am surprised that with that NR the sp has barely made it back to the share offering price. I would have thought that the sp would be at .15 by now. Even todays volume was nothing to write home to mom about. Maybe existing investors are out of funds...and traders are just trading in and out for the pennies. But no rush of new investors?

Anyway...it will be interesting to see how this negotiation turns out.
