2 is not possible

My comment: Goldman has to be aligned with the Fed (ie they work together) and that means you do not cause a market correction. The markets will only correct due to some outside force which is beyond the Fed's control.

2 - Goldman places a 'sell' on the markets given the target was met? They pull the rip cord, (finally) induce the spring swoon, take it down 10%+
