There is substance in HIDC.
If it does not move up tomorrow, then it might never move up for awhile. It was taken down to .0037 - back to almost .005. If the market was open for another 5 mins, it could have hit .005 or better.
The MMs have control over the run.
I am betting they are off to the races tomorrow.
