I would since the date is over sell MFTH and buy SAFC. At least you own the stock that you suppose to get who knows if MFTH is forced to buy those shares on OTC market. Highly unlikely but my play of you own MFTH and plan on keeping it is dumping this and picking up SAFC. I am in SAFC have no interest in MFTH since div date is long gone.
