I must have missed the mention of a reverse merger? I'm not the most great with the English language... I may just not understand the word correctly.

I'm curious what the predicted loss would be should this fall through. I have 296,000 shares right now, so I'm banking on a success.

Also, I emailed the CFO of Focus Venture Partners, but never heard back. :(
