You know, sometimes I read the posts here from my cell phone instead of checkng the stock price, and from the gloom and doom I start thinking we've dropped precipitously- then i get home and check the pps, and we're down .001 on no volume? Guys, take a look at the year we've had. We're up about 100 percent (way better than any mutual fund i've got in my portfolio, how about you?), and all the rises in pps were on huge volume, the drift on miniscule volume. What does that tell you? We're in a great position. Yes, I'd like to hear some news, I'd love a big pr before the SHM, but i don't reall expect one. If I were Neom i'd probably wait until after the new year, because i'd fully expect a sell-off on any jump pre dec 31, both for tax purposes for those who bought in at .75, and for solid gains for those hoping to get out before the end of the year. Neom is putting together a massive play to be part of a technological revolution, they aren't thinking like a penny stock, which is good for the long term but bad for those who want in and out in the short term.

As for the LOIs and the 10q, first ont he Virgin settlement, I always said I fully expected neom to accept a settlement for little or no money, simply to be able to say they settled with virgin and for the word registry, and for the 'partnership' involving the barcode readers in the virgin superstore. This wasn't a cash flow issue, it was a patent issue, and the fact that virgin settled rather than attempting to win in court is a huge deal, whether it is yet reflected in the pps or not. As for BSDS, I've also always maintained that it is not worth the trouble, but now that we've come so far of course I'd like to see it come through. A 10 million or more revenue stream would certainly make the 10qs look better. But obviously this has taken way longer than neom expected, and i'm hoping it comes through soon so we can get some real news out. As for Mobot, heck, give it time, it's a huge deal as well since their tech is very important in this new arena.

Whether we are at .31 or .35, is of little import, unless you are attempting to day trade, which is kind of pointless in a stock with volumes in the 1 million range IMO. We're looking to double or triple when any real news hits, and that's a huge deal, so it's well worth the wait, even if the wait is through the holidays.

best,

Joe
