Billy, penny was trying to post some BS. He lead us to believe that during his conversation with Sandy that the CEO told penny that Sandy was selling shares which penny clarified as NOT true. Penny was making that assumption on his own. A way to get people to sell. Further he said FCDH would issue a dividend to pay its shareholders all or portion of the stock received in the most recent announced asset sale!
