Nouveau Life Pharmaceuticals Inc (NOUV)

Hi Cat. Long time. Too bad what's happened here as they seemed to have something legitimate on the go but never got hot enough to produce any steam. Now they are a shell just like HRID before them.

Don't know if anyone here knows this yet or not but they have a new president - Llewellyn Watkins, of Watkins WorldWide LLC. It's not Melissa Walker anymore. Check out the following:

1) nvsos.gov/sosentitysearch - (can't post the full URL here but this should be enough to get you to the Nevada Secretary of State website; NOUV, of course, being incorporated in the state of NV)). Just plug in the name of the company and click on it when it comes up in the search results. Scroll down until you see the Officers' names listed. The only one is Llewellyn Watkins; he's named in every capacity.

2) Also, from finroad.com/directory/watkins_llewellyn (again - can't post the full URL here but this should be enough; if not, then add ".html" at the end, without the quotes):

"Watkins WorldWide, LLC is a intermediary agent between ‘publicly traded shells’, and private companies looking to go public through a reverse merger or IPO."

Don't know what to make of it but it's interseting, isn't it? You mentioned the possibility of some future news bringing it out of hibernation; that is exactly what brought it into existence in the first place as HRID turned into NOUV. That is quite possibly what we are looking at again in the ongoing saga of HRID/NOUV.

What will it be in its next incarnation? Hopefully the answer to that is "successful".
