I, too, received an email back from te CEO. I am with the other and will not post because it could possibly be seen as negative by one or two, but POSITIVE to EVERYONE ELSE. Without his permission, it is kept confidential (liability issues). I will tell you this though, it IS GOOD NEWS!
For those tht know who I am, you know I have NEVER posted anything that is false.
