That way, all the proceeds would have gone to PVSP's much depleted coffers, instead of 45% of the CDs money going to the CD holders, as a discount on the share price ?
Wouldn't that approach been a better use of the shares and the money.
There is a change of tack here. For 2 years, IH PVSP board members claimed that no dilution was happening. Kars claimed that dilution didn't matter, because it could be undone by a RS.
Now, a new claim is that borrowing from its own shareholders to pay off old loans is a better use of the shareholders dollars than if the shareholders had put that money into a bank.
